Do I have to sign up for a long term contract?
No, we would never tie you up. Our minimum contract is one month at a time, and you may leave us with 4 weeks notice.

Do you check my content on the server?
No, we don't. However, if we receive complaints we will have to investigate.

Do you allow adult content or gambling sites?
We allow all content as long as it does not violate any laws.

Where are your servers located and what is your infrastructure?
We host our servers in Steinsel, Luxembourg (Europe).

How fast can you deliver?
All servers are usually available on stock.
Unless you choose not to pay via credit card or paypal, your server will be released within a working day after the placement of your online order.
In case you choose to pay via bank transfer, your server will be released as soon as the money has been booked on our account.

What is your contract duration?
All our contracts have a minimum duration of 1 month with cancelation 4 weeks prior notice.

Is VAT included in your prices?
No. All our prices are without VAT.

Can I have the one-time setup fee waived?
Yes, in case you prepay 12 month via credit card or bank transfer we will waive the setup fee.
If you are unsure if our offer is right for you, we would recommend that you sign up for 1 month to try us out. If convinced we will waive the setup fee provided you prepay 12 month via credit card or bank transfer before entering the second month of service.
This try-and-buy offer applies for all our server products.

Do you have a demo server that I can test before I make my decision?
No, but why don't you sign up for a server and try it out for a month? It'll cost you next to nothing to investigate:
our connectivity and speed,
our remote control panel which comes with all servers,
