What payment methods can I use?
You can pay via Paypal, Alertpay, Credit Card and wire transfer to one of our bank accounts.

Can I switch between payment methods?
Yes you can, but be aware that when paying using Paypal or Alertpay, further fees have to be charged.

How can I cancel my service?
In our administration panel you have the possibility to cancel each server very quick and simply by the click of a button. No further contact is needed.

What happens if I fail to pay my monthly fee?
In the event you do not pay for whatever reason, we will send you warnings by email.
If you keep silent towards our notifications, we will disconnect your server and eventually erase your disk and delete all data, without further notice.
If you contact us explaining your problem we will in most cases work with you to solve your case.

Are there any hidden fees in your services?
No, apart from some one-time setup fees, we do not hide fees in our products. You only pay your all-included monthly fee. No catches.

Can I cancel without experiencing problems?
You may leave any time, but you have to ensure that you cancel well in advance 3-4 days before renewal), because this is a manual process that needs to be approved. Cancelling only a few hours before renewal will not be accepted as we must reorganize ourselves as well.
Cancellations will only be accepted if your account balance is clean.
The cancelled server will remain available up to the date of the next upcoming invoice. Cancellation will be validated manually.
