Can server hardware be upgraded?
That depends on the type of server you rented. Our old offers (DS, AS and RS Servers) can be upgraded, but the newer ones like our IS servers can't be upgraded.

What happens when I experience a hardware failure?
Hardware failures are unfortunately an unforeseen problem that can occur at any time. Fortunately all dedicated servers hardware is replaced free of charge if it is found to be damaged. This ensures that you won't have to spend additional funds to repair your Dedicated server. Usually you can expect hardware replacement within a few working hours.

What happens if your services are temporary slowing down or interrupted?
From our side we are taking every measure to prevent unavailability. However, the entire nature of the internet could cause unavailability not necessary related to our services. No matter where a problem would orignate we will work closely with you taking pride in providing you with the real story;
